Today, I had a 'Cardiac Stress MRI' scan at Harefield (Heart) Hospital.
It was horrible. I didn't mind being slid into the 'tunnel' of the machine, nor the noise. What I intensely disliked was being injected with a drug to make my heart work harder and faster. It took longer than expected and the radiographer made several attempts to insert a cannula. I've now got arms like pincushions!
