Appeal for Information - Dogs in Flight

I'm currently researching material for an article on flying with your dog(s) for 'Dogs Today' magazine. Most dogs don't travel in comfort in the cabin of the plane such as this pampered pooch. Most travel in crates in a specially air-conditioned space within the plane's cargo hold. Usually, dogs travel quite well like this but occasionally disaster strikes. The odd dog becomes ill and in some cases even dies.

Do you have a bad or sad experience that you'd be prepared to share with me? If so, please send me an email at sloughwriter@gmail.com . I'd love to hear from you. Thanks, Richard

I've completed and submitted this article now. Many thanks for your help.
